How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Representativesstudies Concrete wants people who contact us to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lists how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Bring to Us
You may contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Representativesstudies Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers that keep falling short may be removed. Be aware that Representativesstudies Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Steps to File
Email contact@representativesstudies.property with these details:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short summary of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Send It
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Resolved?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed provider, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
